AC Milan signs Torres permanently

Fernando Torres will join AC Milan on a permanent basis on January 5, Chelsea have confirmed.
The 30-year-old joined the Italian giants on a two-year loan at the beginning of the season, but just four months into that agreement the deal has already been made permanent.
However, it is understood that the Spain international is set to join former side Atletico Madrid on loan imminently, with Italy winger Alessio Cerci moving in the opposite direction.Torres has made 10 appearances since joining Milan, scoring once in the process.
Torres spent three-and-half years at the Blues after joining from Liverpool, helping them win the Champions League, the Europa League and the FA Cup.
