Jose Mourinho has backed Eden Hazard to become a Chelsea legend after confirming the Belgian will sign a new contract.
Hazard, who has scored nine goals in all competitions so far this season, is set to sign a new five-year deal worth £200,000 a week.
And Mourinho said: 'Hazard will sign a new contract. I've never been worried about it since I met his father and I knew about his intentions.
After that it becomes a numbers situation which I'm more than happy to be out of. My club has always told me the situation will finish with a new contract.
'I think he can become one of Chelsea's all-time greats but he has to win titles.'
Speaking ahead of the Premier League clash with Stoke on Monday night, the Chelsea boss also revealed that both Thibaut Courtois and Didier Drogba should be fit.
He added: 'I think (Courtois will be fit), I can't confirm 100 per cent but I think so.
'Drogba is recovering from the ankle problem. The game is on Monday, so we believe it won't be a problem.'
