Brazilian defender Danilo has been unveiled as a Real Madrid player and has described arriving at the Santiago Bernabeu as 'one of the best days of my life.'
The attacking full-back has joined Madrid from Porto for a fee of £22.6million and has put pen to paper on a six-year contract.
'I would like to thank God for making me good at football,' the 23-year-old Danilo said.
'Thanks to everyone who did everything to make this day happen. Thanks to the fans for their messages and their love.
'This is a childhood dream. It's certainly one of the best days of my life. I'm going to leave everything on the pitch because I only play to win.
'I am honoured and I feel truly valued by the club,' Danilo said. 'I know the financial effort the club has done to sign me.'
Danilo spent three years in Portugal with Porto before his move to Madrid, which was initially agreed in March. He will play under Rafa Benitez at the Bernabeu.
