Swansea City have "reluctantly" sacked manager Garry Monk after 22 months in charge.
The 36-year-old leaves the club at which he spent the last 11 years, ending his playing career at the Liberty Stadium to manage the team in February 2014.
After guiding Swansea to their second-highest league finish last season - eighth in the Premier League - Monk and his team have struggled for results this term and have won one of their last 12 matches in all competitions.
