Petr Cech will have his Arsenal medical today ahead of his move
from Chelsea, according to Sky sources.
Arsenal have agreed a £10.9m fee for the Czech Republic
international goalkeeper and it is understood he has already agreed personal terms in principle with the Gunners.The player's medical was originally scheduled for next week but has been brought forward to Friday.
The 33-year-old, who has one year left on his contract at Stamford Bridge, has been keen to leave the club having spent most of last season as second choice to Belgium keeper Thibaut Courtois.
Cech recently held discussions with Chelsea owner Roman
Abramovich and manager Jose Mourinho in which he urged them to break policy and allow him to join a top-four rival.
